Yes it does, you are tearing your hymen, a little piece of skin. If you are young enough to be asking that question you are probably too young to have sex. Wait until you are older and can deal with the consequences of having sex. (pregnancy, stds, having people say you are a slut)

Well, yes, actually. It does, just a little. But, done properly, it doesn't have to be too bad, and it just lasts for a brief second. The key is to do it quick. That's "quick", not "soon". Have him get well-lubricated and all nice & "lined up" (he'll have to be already inserted some - maybe an inch or two at most), then one quick, hard, serious thrust, and the "ouch" is over. But you'll never be a virgin again - make sure you take that step WHERE you want, WHEN you want, WITH WHOM you want. And think it out a little.
Then.......enjoy!

i tryed to 'do' a couple of guys and for me it hurts like HELL
when they are about to enter I can't take that intensive pain so they are forced to stop...but I guess it's because I am not attracted to these guys, I think what motivates me is the desire to 'lose it' which is bad. You have to wait for someone who you really be attracted to, and then during intercourse, your muscles will be relaxed and it will be easy for him to enter.
But never be desperate.....I am almoust 20 and lost all hope...hahah

If you sufficiently turned on, it doesn't hurt.

However, by the time you find out whether you are sufficiently turned on or not, it's generally too late.

So I would say, don't go with someone unless they REALLY are extremely attractive to you and cool and sweet.
