i am straight girl but totally jessica alba!!! she is my absolute favorite rolemodel! she tells people to go for their dreams. which is kinda rare from celebrities/

Natalie Portman, Jessica Alba, Jennife Love Hewitt, and Kristen Kreuk in that order. Portman has the girl next door type look to her, but she's still hot as hell so she's got to be number 1.
The other three are extremely hot, also, but Portman's got it by a long way.
