Now is a good time to tranplant them... as long as the days have gotten cooler - where ever you are....
Try to take as much soil with the roots as possible so as not to disturb them too much.
Dig a hole larger than the root ball and work some boane meal in to the soil at the bottom of the hole.
Do not change the level of the soil around the trunk when you replant them.
Water well and again, depending on where you are - if you expect a cold winter, apply mulch.

i transplant mine all the time from the front garden to the back garden, been doing it for years and not lost one yet .....
