Try no carbs after 2pm and lots of water
No eating after 7pm only water

Drink water!! Lots of water!! Kick out all other drinks for a week, no sweets and do some moderate exercise for 30 minutes a day....even fast walking......lay off of all salt for the three days before the event....I promise you can drop 5 pounds this way!

Control panty hose and a bustier (kind of like a corset). Wear darker colors-they're slimming-and look for details like a ribbon or belt around the waist. It draws the eye and gives the illusion of hourglass curves. Don't overdo it-you'll just look gaudy then.

Stay away from all salt, that will help to shed water weight... I also agree with the no carbs after 2, and no food after 7.
