The videos themselves are created by their singer Maynard James Keenan. He has the ideas & visions etc. The videos themselves are shot by a pop artist director called Stohr. Keenan likes his videos dark & mysterious & utterly un-understandable! Check out Schism - it rocks big time!

The music video they have for the song sober serioulsy scared the crap out me when I was little. I was like eight and I had no idea what the video was about. It had like creepy clay animation or something. But they do have strange videos I have to agree and sorry I don't know who makes them.

Adam Jones.He plays guitar and does most of the videos and cover art.I don't think you have to understand them just enjoy the images.
