Probably the FX-62 CPU because AMD have announced new faster processors due to ship RSN. Plus pressure from the Core 2 Duo's forcing pricing down on the AMD processors in order to maintain price performance.

The AMD most likely since it is 3x more expensive than the E6600 Core 2 Duo and the latter outperforms it. Now the GeForce 8 series cards are coming out before the end of the year so that will send the price of the 7950 down. (Incidentally both are insanely overpriced when compared to their competition)

the graphics card will probally be the first to drop in price as graphic cards are quicker to progress than processors
however this card is the dual gpu card which is used for quad sli set-ups,and these are very difficult for the average user to install the drivers,so i think this card will drop in price as people will go for the standard sli units
personally sli and crossfire in my opinion is overkill,if you use a x800gto and a athlon 3200+,1gb ram these specs(my specs) are plenty good enough for any gamer
all you do by going dual card,is get 5 to 20 fps more out of a game, and you will allready be getting 70fps average anyway ,so if you bought a 2nd card to go sli it works out around £10 per frame,a bit expensive i think
the fx-62 will drop in price in the next year or so as users start buying dual core technology,so this will be a good investment if the price is right
good luck with your bargain hunting

To forecast this you need to know if there is any new product coming out.
When this happens the prices start to slide downwards on all previous technology.
Check out the news from AMD and Nvidia to make your own predictions.

I would think the Graphics Card. As it is Directx9.0 and new DX10 will be out the end of the year/early next to support the full functions of Vista, which need DX10 to fully utilise all its functions.
So ATI/Nvidia will try to push the new cards and GPU.
