there was mudered in 3rd aug 06. police has taken step to search them once only .but after that no investigation ,no searching . should i bribe them.

It's not your job.

You are not working for the police department, nor do you the authority to claim that the police aren't doing a good enough job. You do NOT have all the facts--all you know is that there was a murder.

these folks are hungry & they are just looking for the same as u mentioned Bribe. But i am sure even after piece of meat they will not do anything , if U seems to be too forceful with the help of media then they will hold some small chor as a murder , & mind blowing he too will agree with the crime then later god knows he is produced to courts then vanished without any trace .

dont pay bribe,pls go meet higher official like commisssioner of police with a petition signed by you and all other whom you can get to sign,inform the officer about what your greviance are clearly,if possible add the facts to it,this will help.

in some cases bribing also does not help try to take help of media may be if the case comes in picture police may wake up

become chief minister.
then order police to investigate this case.
