Absolutely, and that is why we love it. Order and equality equals communism, and we know what that gets you. It is our disorder and inequality that makes the United States such a wonderful place
IF YOU WANT ORDER AND EQUALITY- GO TO NORTH KOREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you believe in working for what you get, and always striving for more, then democracy is for you!!!!!!!!!!

It automatically results in inequality, any time you have diversity.
Democracy, whether direct or representative, is a might-makes-right system where the majority rules. And the minority puts up with it. That inherently creates inequality and people who eventually end up being oppressed, or at least not adequately represented in the law.
Disorder is not an inherent aspect, unless the inequality and oppression last for long enough, and are consistent enough. Then people start to resent it, and start to push back, and eventually rebel, either quietly or violently. So, while democracy in theory does not induce disorder, most common implementations do.

Pretty much. Especially if the _entire_ adult population doesn't bother to vote. That leaves the voting up to the hard core party hacks and the zealots.
