About RA=6h and DEC=+23 because the Moon would be 180 degrees or 12h around the ecliptic from the Sun, at he place the Sun would have been on the summer solstice.

Hi. The declination is zero or there would not be an eclipse. Not sure about the RA but it should be a multiple of 6.
