Well, honestly you sound like you've got it going on with homeschool. All the things other people mentioned hold no excitement imo, because I went to public school and found it dreadful. However, everyone has their own way of looking at things. If you are bored, something is missing. Find out what that is and try to find the solution now. There is no need to wait until you can enroll in public school next fall. Can you think of activities and studies you might find more challenging or interesting? Maybe you need to drop some of your old hobbies and try something new? Maybe it is just getting close to Spring Break and you've got spring fever? Maybe you need to throw a party or get away with your parents for a weekend of hiking and horseback riding? I know that doesn't directly answer your question and I'm sorry about that. It could be that you would benefit from going to school in the fall, but your reasons have to be yours and not mine or anyone else’s. Until then, don't let today be wasted or boring. Good luck!

i am studying standard grade chemistry and there are no good reasons to take chemistry, but since this is under homework I'm assuming you got in trouble today and were given this as a punishment, I'll have a think and see how many i can come up with for you....
1. to learn how to make bombs(of any kind i.e stink, nuclear)
2.to do the practicals and set things on fire!!
3.to learn that mixing alcohol with fire is not a good idea.
4.

Super G stole my #1 answer - you can learn cool ways to blow things up.
#2 is you can make your own super-cool drugs. Stuff so cutting edge there aren't even laws about it yet.

The best, and ,perhaps, only good reason, is that it teaches you how to think in a logical and coherent manner. Many subjects, outside of science, teach you what to think, in a illogical and incoherent manner.
