YES PLANNED PARENTHOOD BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO SEE ONE OF THIER DOCTORS TO GET A PAP. IT IS FREE THO AND IF YOUR GOING TO USE BIRTH CONTROL YOU NEED TOSEE A DOCTOR TO MAKE SURE YOUR HEALTH. NOT REGULAR DOCTOR BUT AN OB/GYN. LOOK UP PLANNED PARENTHOOD ON THE NET TO SEE IF THERE IS ONE BY YOU. YOU DONT NEED PARENTAL CONSENT AND ITS FREE

I assume you mean birth control pills. (Condoms are birth control that need no prescription). No, you need a presciption for BC pills. However, you can see a Doctor for free at most Planned Parenthood Centers, or get a referral from them to a free clinic.
Check your white pages for Planned Parenthood.
