Memory Drug Movie?

My friend was talkin to me about a movie awhile ago that took place in the future and the drug of choice was a memory chip that would give you memories of whatever you want, such as being filthy rich and powerful, killing those people that really irk you and so forth. And after you were done loading those memories it felt like you actually experienced it. Does anyone know what this movie is called?
