It used to be Biology, but now you can major in pretty much anything to get into medical school, as long as you have the required science credits. You should speak to your college advisor to make sure you have the minimum classes, and then major in whatever you find interesting. You only get to do this once-- might as well make your knowledge base as diverse as possible. Good luck.
