1.) $4,487 to the nearest cent should show dollars and cents: $4,487.00
2.) $379.99 to the nearest dollar will round up and drop the cents (because .99 is greater than .50): $380
3.) $1,349 to the nearest cent should show dollars and cents: $1,349.00

Your question is either not written correctly or a trick question because the first one ($4,487) has no decimal point therefore there are no "cents" to round off.
The second one would be $380.00.
Again, on the third ($1,349) there are no "cents" to round off because there is no decimal point.

$4,487.00 rounded to the nearest cent is the same
$379.99 rounded to the nearest dollar is $380.00
$1,349.00 to the nearest cent is the same.
When you have $0.49 cents or less your round down. $0.50 or more round up.
