Well, if you have a small face with small brains in it and therefore limited imagination, it is more difficult to ask made up artists questions like this. But if you think me up, I promise I won't charge you by the square inch. I am an artiste afterall, I charge in euro's.

The answer to that is no. I have friends who are make up artists and I've done face painting in theme parks. Actually, small faces, like a child's, are harder to do because of the scale and the fact that they can't keep still.

PS. That's an odd question.

No, Sorry, they do not, they might give you a free consultation, but the artist still goes thru the same sanitation rules, as well as foundation,vrs.blush...At least that is the rule for MAC cosmetics, Maceys' and Nordstrom that I know of.

No but they charge more if you have an ugly face...that's why I never go to to beauty salons, don't wanna get ripped off.

Maybe the cost of the make up itself would be discounted due to the fact that they would use less...well it was good thinking anyways

Lol, I doubt it, but stylists do charge more if you have a lot of hair.
