You must define better your question: You mean the equation

Fe+3(aq) + 3OH-(aq) <==> Fe(OH)3(s)

or what? The above equilibrium goes to right if we increase the Fe3+ concentration, or if we increase the pH. Goes to the left if we decrease the pH of the solution e.t.c.
