Your monkey is in need of some harsh discipline. First, you must spank the monkey vigorously. Then you must find some fleshy cave and make your monkey do push ups in and out of that cave until it throws up (vomit will be of a milky color and consistency). Then, and only then, will it behave!

You must now spank your monkey! Make sure his diaper is on (to avoid messy digits), and spank it, spank it, spaaaaank it! You must, however catch him in the act of diaper removal, and the poo flinging.

Easy solution:

Get him a lil onesie outfit with a johnny flap in the back. It will keep him warm, hide his frighteningly large SLO-POKE and he can easily still fling poo out the back.

LOL, I don't know! Maybe try those rubber pants, put them on over the diaper?

fasten diaper in back and put coveralls on--you'll know in time to stop him when he's trying to get coveralls off--LOL
