When women age, our hormone balance gets all screwed up, and the hairy chin is usually because of excess androgens.
Point her 1st to her MD (there are possible harmful side effects of excessive testosterone), then to the salon where she can get a wax.

with age estrogen levels go down...making some of those not so lady like things appear...
