Make no such thing as an accidental pregnancy. Make every child wanted, and every parent must take a test for parenthood readiness. No more that two children per married couples
Absolutely every problem this planet faces is because of over population -- pollution, wars, power, petroleum, yadayada..... EVERY problem would be solved if there were fewer people than 6.5 billion persons on this planet by 2050.

* Stop human beings to be the most agresive preditor and start saving our othe God's creatures

first give everyone the confidence of standing on their own legs through well refined education that teaches the moral value of life in every aspect....that changes the world automatically
