Yes it is normal. They're supposed to. This is because if they were at the same height they would rub together and you can probably imagine the pain. Don't worry about it your'e fine.

Normal...I've got a nut that hangs a little lower than the other one....though I don't know why I told you that.

Yeah, mine does the same thing. Its not funny, whenever my girlfriend and I had sex, I couldnt ***. well, turns out that was the least of my prioblems, I got testacle cancer. I'm gonna live for another 5 months. I'm sorry...

Even tho i personally dont have those - it is actually normal unless it causes u some type of problems. if that happens go see a doctor.

ok ill put it to you this way, imagine they where level and the pain you would be in when they rubbed as you walked? Thats why they are different levels, you are certified NORMAL!!
