i'm really fair/pale/freckles but someone told me i have "olive" tones. this doesn't mean green or yellow, does it?

how can you be pale/fair and olive?

i always thought i was fair, but maybe i was just pale!

Olive skin is a dark, beige complexion with yellowish and greenish tones, typical of people of Mediterranean, Latin American, Middle-Eastern, and Southeast Asian descent.

If you're fair complected with freckles, it's unlikely that you have olive tones, but it's possible.

Olive skin usually means oriental looking skin like Chinese people have. How can you be really pale and have olive skin at the same time? I can't imagine that either.

I don't believe you can have olive tones when you are fair. Maybe they are saying your skin looks sallow.
