For an example, you could see the comment from the asker to a "best answer" I gave. The question is entitled, "How can we make the Constileftion (sic) into toilet paper."
I didn't report it, because I have decided to follow this person around and make vague references to it every chance I get.
Let the market take care of it, that's my advice.

Abuse can be many things. Read the community guidelines. But the thing you said about calling someone an inbred, retarded hillbilly would be under "Insulting Other Participants."

I'll tell you what DOESN'T constitute abuse, but should; inability to spell and lack of awareness of proper grammar. Of course then you'd be tossed off the boards, so lucky for you those things are basically ignored.

That is entirely up to you. If you are easily offended, then you might report abuse moreso than me. You report what offends you. They will offer you a list, or allow you to select "other" if none of the listed items fit.
