You can check out www.i4.net. On their "our clients" page they have literally hundreds of examples of their web design work and there are a lot of good ones. Their portfolio link is a flash portfolio with fewer examples but better ones.

I love hgtv.com. Very creative with lots of different information, style and a good flow.
