Maybe it's a male computer. You know how stubborn we men can be when it comes to taking directions from someone else.

This won't be of much help to you. Just wanted to let you know I have the same problem. I was told to wipe the hard drive clean and start over. Too much trouble for me, I'm not that computer literate.

That program is adware and does not want to go, boot into safe mode and try to be rid ofit them!
