Not really water will only hold a certain amount of gas. Some fish may not like the bubbles or water motion, but other than that you can aerate too much.
Note- In reality you don't need nearly as much aeration as you think you do. A normal hang in tank filter provides lots of aeration. Also it's the movement of water in the tank, and disturbance at the surface that generally provide the majority of aeration.

I use a small bubble stone in my tank and give it extra air expecially when the filter slow downs and need cleaning it will keep the oxygen in the tank for the fish.

But one also needs to understand that the surface agitation alone is not sufficient to aerate the water enough. Also, the water at the bottom needs to be brought up to the surface where the gaseous exchange takes place. Aerators do a good job at this.
Also, like Saber just said. Water can be aerated only to a certain extent, not endlessly.
