im female and when I orgasm I know it.. but I try to stop myself because it also feels like im urinating as well and im embarrassed and dont feel like this is normal I try to work hard at pelvic exercises to keep my sphyxter muscles strong and do klugal exercises as well ...and even this doesnt seem to be helping ...is this normal..does anyone else have this problem and if in fact I am urinating how do I cure this

It is a g spot orgasm. You should feel proud allot of woman work hard to get them, some can't have them at all. It isn't pee so relax and enjoy!!

I had that problem as well. And the reason I found this out was because after sex I would see a big pile of "***" on the bed but somehow I felt it wasn't all "***". And once it was so embarassing because while he was eating me out he said it kinda tasted like piss...lol :( (..blush..)
p.s. dont worry i think i happens to many of us.
