Unless you severely limit your definition of "weather," I don't see how you can isolate these factors into the four pairings you present.

The speed of a moving air mass is wind. Isn't wind a factor of what is weather? I have seen perfectly clear days with winds high enough to prevent small water craft from operating safely.

High pressure usuall means high temperatures and isn't temperature a weather factor. I have spent time in Arizona and Death Valley where the air was VERY still and the temperatures were maintained above 100 degrees from soon after dawn to sunset.

Moderately low temps can condense even relatively low humidity content to precipitate to the ground. Last I read, rain is weather.

Rapidly moving air and moisture reaching the ground means wind and rainstorm, to me.

Perhaps the question is missing a component to make it answerable.
