I may not have used the correct term. This is a problem that I understand concerns rust coming through the stucco and having rust spots bleed down on the outside of the stucco.

actually pirite isnt a problem it is a type of stucco.. a stucco that has a glitter to it.. you dont have to fix it

If you are seeing the rust near the top of a stucco chimney, you could be seeing the results of a failing chase cover. A chase cover is the thing at the top of a chimney, underneath your chimney cap, that keeps rain and snow out of your chimney. There is a company called Chase Toppers that fixes this and takes the rust stains off the stucco.

yes ive heard of this... it sems Johnnney Depp has been seen (or his friends) causing many problems with this type od material...they simply are fascinated with it..theonly solution is call the police of these Pirates attack you
