Why I see guy say that the world sees America in a negative way and then he says it's because the Democrats speak harshly of George W. Bush. Is the reason that a lot of the world hate us because of the Democrats not liking Bush?

Absolutely yes.

All the negativity they aim at America, just to try and hurt Bush, is HURTING AMERICA. Leftists in America and abroad are furious that the Leftist strongman in the Middle East, Saddam Hussein, has been knocked out of power and the Iraqi people now have a chance for freedom from his brutality.

They focus attention on Abu Ghraib but not the 500 chemical weapon shells found in Iraq (proving Saddam's guilt).

They focus attention on one incident of soldiers killing innocents but not on Saddam's own tapes showing he was fooling the inspectors and had an active uranium enrichment program through the year 2000.

They do all they can to hurt America's image just to make Bush look like a failure - when it was Clinton's decision to eliminate Saddam by force but he FAILED MISERABLY. Bush got the job done, so they're lashing out to cover up their own failures!

If Democrats cared about the TRUTH, they would be saying Saddam is caught red-handed, the reasons for taking him out have been proven, America, Britain and Australia did the right thing.

No. The world always saw America in a negative way- before, they tolerated it and said very little publicly (France not included). There are some countries around the world that receive funds, aid, and support from the United States that do not like us, but that in no way means we should abandon them or diminish our relationship with them because of it.

Dont blame the Democrats for others not liking the United States, blame them for supplying them with more fuel to add to the fire.

America was no shining beacon to the rest of the World prior to Dubya. However, I would say some of the negativity is a result of the liberal media. They put huge headlines about Abu Ghraib, but do not mention one of the schools that have been rebuilt. They talk about Bush's anti-terrorism policies as just as bad as the terrorists, when they are not lopping others head off. Let's not even get into their falsified photos purchased from terrorist sympathizers.

actually I'm not giving the Democrats that much Credit. I will give the credit to the Media though. They have painted a picture that it is acceptable and preferable to hate America and many dopes out there follow along like a bunch of sheep. Makes ya just wanna smack them in the head to bring them back to there senses.

What party is in power? And how much as terrorism increased since Bush illegally invaded Iraq? Sorry, I couldn't disagree more.

The Democrats are not in power. The world doesn't like us because we are not our best selves right now.
