It's this one of two people in a car in Britain. The passenger, a woman, finds a steering wheel on the floor and holds it up like it's for real. Just then that car is passing another. The driver of that car is looking over like 'why is there a steering wheel there?' The woman looks at him and yanks the fake steering wheel like she's going to swerve into the other car.
It's hilarious.
