Sophia is a beautiful name! I love it! Actually to be honest I like it spelled Sofia better but hey, both are great in my opinion. Brianna is a little overused but it's still nice but not with Sophia. "Sophia Brianna" is quite a mouthful.
Kadence is hard to say kind of (doesn't really roll off the tongue easily) and is kind of masculine. Raelyn is cheesy. It sounds like you squished Ray and Lynn together. I'm not too fond of made-up names such as Raelyn. How about Rowyn? Kadence Rowyn is prettier and flows better. The "a" sound in Kadence and Raelyn makes it hard to say.

Kadence Raelyn sounds a little ethnic, not that there is anything wrong with that. The truth is that these names are suggestive of ethnicity and the whole world is not always PC.

I'd prefer Kadence...more original and not a name that everyone else will have....Sophia is a nice name though
