Those tests are usually pretty accurate. If you really want to conceive, track your periods and try to conceive in the middle of them.

Knowing when you ovulated is the #1 question. There are only a few days each cycle when conception is possible. Having regular sex is the best way to get pregnant. Couples often try to time everything perfectly for ovulation but do not have sex when they think they are not ovulating. Sometimes couples get confused about the best time to have sex in relationship to ovulation. You have a small window of time each month to get pregnant. After a woman ovulates the egg will survive approximately 24 hours. Sperm, on the other hand, will live for up to three to five days. This is why having sex two to three days before ovulation will increase your chances of getting pregnant. Don’t wait until the day you ovulate to have sex. Your partner’s sperm will last longer than your egg and you don’t want to miss an opportunity by waiting. Try tracking when you ovulate and continue having enjoyable sex.

If you have sex on Aug. 26 and your period is due Aug. 28, you probably aren't fertile at all that day & probably won't get pregnant, although of course it is theoretically possible.

Go to your local drug store and buy some ovulation test strips. You pee in a cup, dip the strip in the cup, and then read the results. The strips will tell you the exact day on which you are ovulating (most fertile & most likely to conceive a baby). Have sex on that day.

Good luck. Also, to have a healthy baby, take your prenatal vitamins (should start taking them every day 3 months before you try to conceive), avoid all alcohol, caffiene, street drugs, and prescription and over-the-counter medicines.

You can also count the days of your cycle, counting the first day you bleed as Day One. After a few months, you will know how many days are typically in your cycle. Divide that number by two, and try to have sex in the middle of your cycle. This will get you closer to ovulation.

If you're trying to conceive, you may want to have sex more than once a month. Chances that you are pregnant are slim, but there is a small possibility.

If you're worried, then I wouldn't think you'd WANT to be pregnant. Take some parenting classes with your guy THEN decide if having a baby is something you want to try for right now or if you'd be better off waiting until you're more prepared.

I do not believe that you are pregnant, and i think your timing for sex, assuming you want to conceive, is way off. Try to have sex every other day after your period stops for two weeks to increase your chances. Usually you are ovulating between 10-20 days of your cycle depending on your cycle length. Good luck!

still a little early probably. if you stress you may miss your period even if you aren't pregnant. RELAX.

what is your cycle lenght? Why did you have sex on those days? You should have sex about 14 days before your period is due.

You can get a false negative pregnancy test, rarely a false positive. Try the test again next week.

depending on your cycle if u are normally a 28 day cycle and u had sex only on the 22 of september i would say no cause your most fertile days would have been the 8th thru the 12... of September thats when u would have ovulated. and gotten pregnant.

i know because my period was on the 28th of Aug. and i got pregnant on those days. i tested this week and it was posiitve.

typically you are most fertile 12 days from your last period

How old are you?

Pregnancy tests are 99.9% correct. The .o1% is only there for human error. So unless you screwed up the test, it is correct.
