You dont want to get fat....
Also, food has never been proven to have a negative effect on your skin as far as acne goes. That is a common falacy. However, eating healthy can help in a tiny way.
Most likely your pimples come from stress. Thats for the majority of cases.
Make sure you keep your face clean, fresh, and moisturized. No need to over-do it however.
Anyway, back to your weight problem...
If you're a guy (which i believe so, Ronny), take a powder supplement called "Mass-Tech"
Im not here to sell it to you. But I used it to pack on muscle and thats exactly what it did. I found it to be the most effective weight gainer ive EVER used.
However, it wasnt just that that made me gain 25 pounds in 2 months. I started eating like an animal. I kept it healthy. Lots of chicken, lean ground beef, sliced turkey, watermelon, apples, and the healthiest whole-wheat bread i could find.
You want to get built right? Not fat. Eat alot more (healthy food that is), take a weight-gainer like the one i suggested, and work out once or twice a day (rest on weekends).
Personally im going to start taking the weight gainer again in about a month. Wanted to slim down for the summer. Anyway, email me if you have any questions! Glad to help.

The thing that worked for me when I was a teen was working out. Try to put some muscle on your body. That will help in a good way. Then you can eat lots of pasta, potatoes, cheese. Dont just eat things because they are fatty. That's not good for your pimples or your health. Putting weight on for skinny people is hard. I struggled with it for a very long time but totally appreciate it now that I'm older. Really, working out is the one thing that did the best for me. Plus it opens up your appetite to eat more.

You should really try to just put a few pounds on and not get fat. it is possible that your metabolism wont allow you to gain a lot of weight. There are tons of people out there that wish they could have your problem, enjoy your body the way it is.
Try working out to gain muscle mass...you will inturn have to eat more to compensate for burning calories. It isnt good to eat a lot fo fatty stuff with a lot of choloesteral in it. So i would try things that are good for you still but have a high fat content instead of the fast food places, etc.

Hey dude, Im the same way. I love getting carded and people thinking im younger than I am. Id rather look 25 when Im 35, you know. I have hardly no body fat and I eat pasta, meat, anything, but still make sure its healthy. People say u can eat whatever you want, you might not see it in apperance but it will kill your insides. Anyways, You have to work out, but not over do it. Do a set until u get the pump....see a size different, like do 25 push ups and stop. You dont want to over exercise and burn calories, we NEED our calories. Im still thin, but what I did one time for a few monthes was eat like normal, well a little bit more than most people, but healthy. I worked out everyday but did not over do it. And I took this Muscle Milk stuff 3 times a day. Just be sure to be consistant. Some of the wieght might be water wieght. Dont worry, since we are thin people, we always look cut up and our muscles look better. Its better to just add muscle than to have to burn calories with cardio and working out out. Bigger people have muscle under all that fat. OURS shows quickly.

3 years ago I weighed 90 lbs.( I'm 5'3" tall ). I got tired of being sooo skinny. I started a " gain weight " diet. I kept eating the foods that I liked but I added a few extras to my diet & I started exercising. I have gained 26 lbs to date. Now I'm happy with the way I look.
Go to your nearest G.N.C., or even walmart, & try protien shakes. You don't want to gain just fat.
Do toning exercises & eat right. Add a few fatty foods to your diet, but don't over do it. You will see results, but it will take a while.

If fatty foods have an unwanted effect - limit the fats, and eat more sugars. Stop exercising, that will help too. Watch a lot of TV.

When I was 13 and in the hospital I weighed 63lbs, they made me drink Ensure 2 times a day. The benefit of Ensure is that it's full of nutrients that you need for weight gain without being unhealthy. It's an inexpensive way to start. It helped me.

ok you may be skinny and i have dealt with the same problem all my life, i want to put on weight and maybe tone it into big beefy muscles, but the thing you have to remember if you put on excessive amounts of weight you can damage your health by each of these things;
1. cholesterol levels increase slowing heart rates and put you at high risk of heart attacks or heart disease
2. diabetes can derive from being overweight also, and if you develop this you will be on salt tablets all your life
3. confidence levels will drop if you put on ugly amounts of fat, think of the hecklin you will get then, as opposed to now, i bet people dont stare at you because you are skinny
so really dude, i weighed out the options myself, it aint worth it, and if you do end up eating things that put on the fat you may put it on in areas that are localised such as your belly and it might look funny having a big fat belly and skinny body

Stay away from sweets.. Eat carbohydrates ( Potatoes Pastas etc) just before going to bed. Try eating a big meal before going to bed. Eventually you will get there.
