it is a factory cruise where is the vss and im not sure how to check the pedal thanks for help

The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is in the rear section of the transmission, and would have had to be disconnected when the transmission came out for the clutch. Be certain that all is properly reconnected, and that there are no broken wires.
I can't really tell you exactly where the interrupt switches are, except to say that they are under the dash, in close proximity to the clutch pedal and the brake pedal. The brake pedal switch is USUALLY incorporated into the brake light switch or circuit.
