King Booker is going to win because Bobby Lasely is all muscle and no personalty. If bobby Lasely wins that will set back Batista for getting back the gold but since he hates it on Smackdown so much and says that he wants to be moved back to RAW they might not give him back the tittle and just move him back to RAW eventually also the WWE has already made plans to have a huge Booker T VS Chris Benoit fude for the World Heavy Weight Championship when Chris gets back on Smackdown so some one will probably interfere in the match at no mercy and Booker will keep the tittle.
They have also been thinking about a Booker T VS UNDERTAKER fude so it looks like the king will have the tittles for a long time even though the WWE originally labeled him as a transitional Champion.
The WWE is trying to avoid putting Booker T VS Batista because of the fight that broke out between them at the SummerSlam Pres conference.

King Booker by DQ. Batista will intervene and get Lashley DQ'ed which will set up the monster feud between Batista and Lashley. Then Benoit will go back and win the belt from Booker T
