The background starts out blue and changes with the stick figures mood to red when he's upset. Sometimes the hand of the artist who draws him can be seen on screen holding a pencil and drawing extra props for the stickman. The stickman talks in gobbledygook, so it can be watched by any children in any country in the world. The program always ends with the word 'FIN' at the end. It was shown on TV during the 1980's in South Africa.

On the Nicktoons Network, they have "shorts" ( little animated clips in between cartoons) one of them is called Doodlez. It features a little stick boy and the creator draws in all sorts of things that can happen to him. The stick boy's name is Dood and the hand doing all the drawing is named Hand. All episodes end with FIN. Check out CellarDoorProductions.com
