It's because of dry skin-- use some good moisturizing lotion like vaseline intensive care. And stop scratching your legs, that's only going to make them worse. And also, take a break from shaving for maybe a week or two, this way it gives your legs a break (because you also take off dead skin cells when you shave) and that could be why your legs itch too.

Aveeno has some good lotions that have oatmeal and will help with the itching. Make sure you aren't using real warm water because that can make your legs sensitive and itch.

Ever tried putting soap, hand soap, on your legs as you take your shower. Try Dove or Lava. Maybe soaping up your legs while taking a lukewarm shower will help. No pun intended.

I think I know what you are talking about. Someone once told me that if you get goose bumps shortly after you have shaved your legs, its like the hairs on your legs poking back through the skin.

I would try using a different razor and maybe shaving cream that is for sensetive skin. But be sure to be gentle while shaving..mabe put on soothing lotion.

Try taking an oatmeal bath. This will help. Try some benedryl to stop the itching. It may be from allergies. Stop scratching. Scratching only makes it worse.

I think it's your skins reaction to the soap your shaving with. When you shave in the hot shower your pores open and it sounds like the soap is too harsh. Try using hair conditioner for shaving.

you must be allergic to something, your soap, your cream or maybe the water, if it's well water and has sulfer in it. try mild nonscented soap and nonscented cream. If after a week you do not see improvement, see your dermatologist. and maybe you can stop shaving your legs for a week?
