I mean How do I address the envlope and how many stamps is it going to take granted it isn't very heavy can some one show me some examples? I have the address and all I just need an example.

Relatively recently they have switched to the Western way of writing addresses. So it'll be something like that

Name,
street address
Красноярск
Красноярский край, 6600xx
RUSSIA

If you can write in cyrillic, I would suggest writing the address in cyrillic (I have written the part I knew for you), except for the name of the country.

Address the envelope this way:
Last and first name of the addressee
Street name, building number - apartment number
City, region (oblast), zip code
RUSSIA
