I'm not going to even respond to the first part of your question. As for the second part of your question it could be either of them because due dates are just a guess. They tell you there is a two week discrepancy in the due dates so you could have the baby two weeks before or two weeks after. It depends when your last period was. You usually ovulate 7-14 days after your period and sperm can live up to 7 day inside. So the only way to actually know for sure since they where so close together is to get a DNA test done when the baby is born. I just pray that your husband no matter what the outcome of the test is going to be a man and raise this child as it is not the babys fault that you both where irresponsible.

Does it honestly matter who the father is? I mean, your relationship--pathetic as it certainly is--is with your husband, right? The man who you live with, the man who is going to be there for you and support this child is your husband, right?

Do you really think this dude you slept with on Jan. 23 one time is going to be a father to your child? Do you even know him? Do you know for sure he didn't have a sexually transmitted disease, such as human papilloma virus (which causes cervical cancer and has no symptoms), or herpes (which can be trasmitted even when there are no sores visible), or AIDS (which can kill you)? You should get tested for all STDs so you can be treated if possible and help reduce the risk of transmission to the infant.

This is all so sad and pathetic when you think about the poor unborn baby, who may not ever know his real father and may not have a father figure in his life at all, if your husband leaves and the child isn't his.

The best thing to do is have a dna test done now. You can have your obstetrician test you , this is done by inserting a needle into
your stomach and getting a sample. This is not harmful to the baby in any way, however I have heard that it is very uncomfortable for the woman. I am assuming that your husband knows since he wanted you to sleep with another man that he could quite possibly not be the father. If you are comfortable in sleeping with another man and having to deal with pregnancy issues such as this then I wish you all the best in the world, no one has the right to judge you except god. Good Luck to you!

Oh my, wow what the hell? Are you serious? Why did your husband want you to sleep with another man? Is he gay or just super freaky. Dont get me wrong there anit nothing wrong with being a freak but you were sleepin with a man other then your husband. didnt cross your mind to strap up? You are so lucky that it was just a baby you got and nothing else. Sweetie there is so much going around out there not to mention AIDS! okay now about the baby you need to have an DNA test. because now a days you cant just tell by lookin. Havent you seen maury and tryed to guess bet you were wrong alot too huh? well the point is becareful and get an DNA test.

Well, if your husband wanted you to sleep with another man, then I'm assuming he knows about it right? Since there is really no other way to know he the father is, just get a paternity test. Unless you husnabd is white, and the baby come sout black or brown, that might be one way of knowing.

You DID cash the check the other guy wrote you for sleeping with him, right? You might want to put that money away now for your kids education.

But then, with a story like this, you likely don't have much education anyway, and prolly the kid won't even graduate from high school.

You didn't get a check? Honey, he better have left some significant cash then! Any whore can get along for cash.

No check, no cash? Sweetheart, you are nothing but a slut, and deserve what ya got...

We got pregnant on January 22 and are due on October 29th...do that math..it's probably your husbands child. But I'd do a paternity test anyways. Just in case....

Looking beyond the DNA issues, in some states, the legal father of your child is the man to whom you are married at the time of conception. Unless you both want to go through this baby-daddy drama, I would suggest that you both realize and accept that this risk was one you took mutually for whatever reason and make the decision that your husband is the father of this child. Legally, he probably is.

If your due date is Nov. 6th and you are going on the normal 40 week due date cycle, then your last period was at the end of January. Conception comes in the 2 weeks in between your period, which means around Feb. 15 (which is your husband). Whether it is his or not, he should take responsiblity for you and your actions since you are married.
