How to load broadband talk?

Can someone please tell me how to reload broadband talk.
I have just had a replacement BT hub but I forgot how to do it.

Should be on your BT Total Broadband disc: otherwise India assured me via My Services. If the disc fails to work or My Services is not on your toolbar check that your system has been activated/re-activated via 0800 800 150. Mine wasn't.
