Hello!

I am a graduate student. My diploma from undergraduate is from overseas and it is fake. Now I am studying with no problems.

If I get a job after I complete my graduation, will the employer check my educational background just based on my diploma from graduation? Which is real. or they will require the diploma from undergraduate which is fake.

But how can they find out that my first diploma is fake? Or the real diploma from my masters is enough.?

Most places won't research oversees, unless they have connections there (such as a R&D or production facility). It needs to be convenient for them to do the check, and someplace reliable (like their own people).

However, if you are caught, it can be grounds for dismissal, and even a lawsuit. Technically, even your Master's can then be revoked, b/c you didn't meet THEIR requirements of the undergrad degree.

It's a sticky mess, so stay away from multi-national companies.

Many require transcripts from college on report, a minimum of the first few years you're operating. it somewhat is the only degree they have of someone's paintings ethics and ability to do the paintings. without that, it really is a 100% gamble to employ someone who hasn't had time to construct their attractiveness contained in the corporate international.

Well, all of this is an education in itself, isn't it?
An employer is just going to be concerned with your highest attainment. In fact, they'll usually just take your word for it and look for your proficiency in the interview.
So long as you can provide the doctorate upon demand, that's all they're going to care about. And so long as the market is good, you're good. But if the market stumbles and they need an excuse to unload people...
