Computer is not allowing me to change my wallpaper?

In the list where you can click on a background, I cannot click anywhere in that box. The background is only showing one solid color.

I think your wallpapers from the WINDOWS folder of the WINDOWS drive has been deleted.

Jus check for viruses also if the problem persists then jus reinstall windows
