If you are of sound mind and body, and you choose to write out a will leaving all your property to someone that is not your family, the will would hold up in a court of law....UNLESS, you did not leave anything to your spouse, whom you were still living with at the time of your death. Or did not leave sufficient resources to care for minor or disabled children.

If the property belongs to him free and clear, he can give that property to anyone he chooses. However, like in the state where I live, if you are married, you have to leave your spouse at least 1/3 of your estates value.

no . dependent persons ancestral property cannotbe written like this . u need to lovea snd beg for the sake. convince him. family matter. not a criminal matter. u need to fulfil his emotional needs. until he takes his decision care fully. take care. because today modern people never respect their elders. they r demanding property from them how far it is acceptable solution. after all he spend max time on giving work . then he should get liberty to play games softly. but not in court and police but family sentiments emotions. parants also should teach their children about moral building but not pure commercial formula like earn money and dont love others. if he canot love others. he wont love his parants also..
