Nokia N91 telling me that i am offline,What does this mean and how do i fix this?

My 32k sim card is in, it is working with other phones. My n91 says it is offline, will not call, will not do anything. WHY? and how can i fix this???

switch your phone off,take the battery out,put it back in again,switch your phone on,it should give you 2 options,one should be work off line,the other one will give you the option to start the phone,select that option then it should work,if it doesn't get in contact with Nokia,www.nokia.co.uk
