I'm doing 225 at 8-9 reps now!

I was doing 315 in High School that was only 3 reps though
I am at 350 10 years later with little work out effort of course I was a super athlete in high school.

225 at almost 10 reps thats cool your buffed up

Well I've heard that if you lift more then twice your body weight that you are really strong. I think theres alot of factors involved, but I would say that a seasoned wight-lifter at your weight should at least be benching around 300-350 lbs.

A normally fit male should easily press 1.5 times his body weight.

You're fine...I think anything over 1 "plate" each side (approximately 135 lbs.) is good; if you are benching your weight, you are fine.

Your body weight is more than respectable, especially if you're repping that much.
