New water regulations were imposed in the UK a while ago, we now have a limit to the amount off litres in our toilet cisterns and there was talk about reducuing it more.

Recently I find the remains of the day (or yesterday dependant on your routine) stuck to the sides or bottom of the pan, lumps skid marks there all their. Is it because there is less water to flush, is it the food we eat is stickier once it has completed the the bodily functions or are we becoming genetically stickier people?

The result is that in this family we all flush more and waste more water.

I like seriouse but the funniest asnwer gets 10 points

If water is the problem, go savage.
Dig a hole in your backyard, or get some cats and share a litter box.
Oh, don't forget the Lysol for the smell.

Hmmmm...now thats a sticky situation. Not to make light of your problem, but it is really gross. Maybe you need to buy a newer toilet. They make some now that use less water and the "force of the flush" is much greater than that of older ones. This greater force makes sure that all the little "clingers" on the side of the bowl get washed away instead of just slowly sliding down and leaving a trail the whole way. May the force be with you my friend.

I have never encountered a whole family so obsessed with turds that they inspect the pan in such detail. You really must go out more, and while you are out use the toilets available and save water. This will also help you break the habit of turd spotting.

You go back to the olden days and make a sawdust toilet. It is economical and you can use the contents for manure in the garden eventually.

Eat more fatty food, should help grease the stools so that they slide right round the U-bend.
