In a UN convention they defined genocide as meaning any of the following acts commited with intent to destroy, in whole part, a national ethinic, racial or religious group, as such:
A) Killing membersof the group
B) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
C) Delibertly inflicting on the goupr conditions of lift calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or part.

So that could mean if a person or group of people causes these conditions to exist they could be tried at the World Court. I presume that if some one tried to destroy or defame a church or church member this same rule would apply. After all it would be mentally damaging to the members of that religious group.

Sorry, defending yourself against personal attacks, stopping groups from forcing their religious tenents into laws to govern those who do not believe, and refusing to allow religious based hate speech do not qualify as Genocide.
Crawl down off your cross, they need the wood to build Habitat for Humanity homes.

Excuse me, but as long as we're holding hypothetical trials, how about the ex-gay ministries that cause suicides and try to change an entire community?

well alrighty then thanks for posting in the rong section, shouldnt you have posted that under the religious section... ..
but knock yourself out..
and I think that was sort of a streach.. but that just proves a point of mine that anything can be taken out of context...
and that would be why I dont believe most of the conventional religions.. because they get so warped out of context... but then go on with your bad self...
thanks for the 2 points thou..
blessings to you ,
