Can someone recommend a good e-bank with low ATM fees. I travel globally and my bank fees are absurd. Thanks!?

Paypal has a card you can use that charges 1% for cash withdraws.You might try them.

Why not just use your credit card when you travel? No ATM fees, the currency conversion fees are very reasonable, etc...
