It depends on what kind of business you are in. My favorite book is Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert T. Kiyosaki. He also has dozens of professional associates from all aspects of business and investing that write books for him as well, I have read the majority of them and all are very good. Another good book to read is The Richest Man In Babylon, it is not really motivational but it gets you thinking and gives you some ideas.
