Are there any tax breaks or TA available for just a regular white person who is paying for his Masters degree?

Im a veteran btw but I have already used my GI bill and to my knowledge there are is no other TA available for vets. There is no way in hell I'm going to stay in so those typesof options are out of the question.

I dont need any loans. I can pay for it in cash. ...any advice?
